Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of laboratory research materials, Pepthrive LLC does not accept product returns.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.
Where appropriate, we may require photographs or documentation before issuing a replacement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The order has not yet shipped
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The incorrect item was shipped
Once an order has shipped, it may not be canceled.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
All laboratory research materials are non-returnable due to safety, storage, and quality control concerns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is received prior to shipment.
Final Sale
All products are sold exclusively for laboratory, research, and analytical purposes. Products are not for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
