Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply to qualifying domestic orders only and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates delivery but the package was not received, you must notify us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement.
